Delgado Library has many on-line databases that can help you search for information on this topic. I would recommend Academic Search Complete as a place to start.

You can access this by clicking on the databases page link below and searching for Academic Search Complete under the list of titles. If you are not on campus, you will be asked to log in with a username and password. The username would be your LOLA# and the password would be your birthdate formatted MMDDYY.

I used enabling and "drug abuse" as a search term and found many results.
