Hi and thank you for your question.

The full-text of "Consumer Reports" is available online for Delgado students, faculty, and staff.  It is available from two database vendors, LexisNexis, and ProQuest. According to LexisNexis, the full-text of "Consumer Reports" is available from January 1988 through the current issue.  According to ProQuest, the full-text coverage is available from January 1996 throught January 2009.

Although ProQuest has less full-text coverage, they do have PDF files available.  LexisNexis is text-based only and has no illustrations.  ProQuest has the PDF access, so it's possible to see what the print version looked like -- including the illustrations.

Here is the record in the catalog. The first "click to access" goes to the ProQuest CR and the second goes to LexisNexis.

If you are off-campus, it will ask you to log-in. Your username would be your LOLA# and your password would be your birthdate formatted mmddyy.
