Q. I need articles about employeers being able to view social networking sites as a part of the hiring process

Business Source Complete is a great database for finding articles about hiring in the business world.  You can use this database by going to the library homepage (http://dcc.libguides.com/library),clicking on the Databases tab, and "click here to access databases."  Select Business Source Complete from the alphabetical list.

Once you've reached Business Source Complete, hiring, employee selection, Facebook, and Social Networking are some terms you might consider putting in the search box.  You can search for two terms together by using the AND list arrow.  I entered some of these terms, and the results looked promising.  Click here to access my results.

If you are off campus, you will need to enter a username and password to access the database. Enter the same username and password you use to log in to LOLA. If you would like to look at more databases related to business, click on the "all subjects" dropdown box on the database page and choose Business & Technology.
