One of the best place to look for articles about people is the Biography in Context (Biography Resource Center) database.  To get there, go the the library homepage.  Once there, click on the Find Databases tab and select the find databases by title from the list arrow.

An alphabetical listing of databases will appear.  Select Biography in Context (Biography Resource Center).  If you are off campus, you will need to enter your email username and password to gain access.  Once you reach the database, type in the name of the person you would like information about in the search box located at the top right of the screen. A page displaying results will appear.  These results are a preview. You can view all the results by picking what kind of information you want (article, reference, etc.) and clicking on view all.

Biography in Context (Biography Resource Center) has a number of articles on Kafka.  You can look at the results page by clicking here. You may still have to login if you are off campus. Your username would be your LOLA# and your password would be  your birthdate formatted mmddyy.

You may also find information about the short story "The Hunger Artist" in the database Academic Search Complete. Here's a link to a results page using the search terms "The Hunger Artist" AND Kafka.
