Films on Demand is one of the library's databases. To access it, or any other database, go to the library's database page.
On the title-list of databases, select the letter "F" to jump ahead to the letter "F" in the alphabetical list. There you should see Films on Demand. Select it.
If you're on campus, you can then watch the films. If you're off-campus, you'll need to sign in with your username (your LOLA#t) and password (your birthdate formatted mmddyy).
