Delgado's Library has books, ebooks, and database articles on the topic of Martin Luther King's famous speech.

Please check our online catalog for books and ebooks such as:

I Have a Dream : Writings and Speeches that Changed the World

I Have a Dream : the Life and Times of Martin Luther King, Jr

Rhetoric, Religion and the Civil Rights Movement, 1954-1965 [electronic resource]

Articles can be found using the database Academic Search Complete which is a multi-disciplinary database, with more than 6,100 full-text periodicals, including more than 5,100 peer-reviewed journals. Try searching with the phrase "I have a dream" in quotation marks.

If you are using one of the computers in the labs at City Park you will not need to log in to use the databases but from any other location you will need to log in with your user name (the first part of your e-mail address before the @) and password the same as your Delgado email password (probably the last four digits of your social security number).
